Studies Generale – On-Site and Online
Once a month, the Fraunhofer ITWM, together with the Felix Klein Center for Mathematics, invites you to »Blick über den Tellerrand« (Thinking Outside the Box) – an interdisciplinary lecture series with changing topics that offers fascinating insights into a wide variety of topics from science and research.
Experts give talks on current and exciting issues and invite participants to exchange ideas. The event is free of charge and open to all interested parties, both on site at the Fraunhofer Center and virtually via livestream.
The events are organized by the Felix Klein Center for Mathematics in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Mathematics ITWM. The interdisciplinary lectures serve to open up new perspectives on very different topics from science and culture.
Prof. Dr. Karl-Heinz Küfer will moderate the »Blick über den Tellerrand« (Thinking Outside the Box) event. He is the spokesperson for the Felix Klein Center for Mathematics and head of the »Optimization« division and »Optimization in the Life Sciences« department at the Fraunhofer ITWM.
